Women's Hour
Sh!t Theatre
First on Women’s Hour: I’M FINE! Women’s Hour. Ankle Socks? Women’s Hour. Sh!t Theatre’s Women’s Hour uses satire, song, movement and interrogates how media portray women, the obsessive and often funny gender binaries in modern life and the effect that has on the treatment of women in society.
Women’s Hour is a cabaret piece about what happens when women are given just one hour a day to think about what it is to be a woman. Total Theatre and Arches Brick Award winners (2013) Amnesty International Freedom of Expression Award nominees (2014)
